Third Quarter Review!

from our Executive Director, Angela Simpson
Golden autumn is here. A ute baby boy sitting in the autumn park. Sun casting beautiful rays of light through the yellow leaves. As I reflect on the past three months since our 2nd quarter update went out, I am amazed at all the Lord as done as we continued to stay the course and remained faithful to the important work He has called us to. During this period, God has done miraculous works as we have seen precious lives saved, healed and transformed. We are beyond blessed that He has kept us safe as we have served in our communities providing our free life-saving services to the women, men and babies that are in need of them, now more than ever.
For the third quarter, July, August, and September, operating three days per week due to budget restrictions, we have:
  • Received 173 phone calls – most seeking our services, others seeking assistance outside our services. We are thankful that we have been able to point them to other community resources that could assist with their specific needs.
  • Served 76 women, providing many of them with Proof of Pregnancy documentation so they can apply for Medicaid insurance and begin to receive the medical care they will need for themselves and their baby. (Healthy mom = healthy baby!)
  • As we have trusted the Lord during this time, we can confirm 13 lives have been spared from abortion.
God is so good!
All of us at God’s Resources are so very grateful for each of you. Your support and contributions make life a bit brighter for others. We do not take that for granted and hope that in the very near future, we will be able to see this as another time that we worked together to make lives better.
I wish you and your family peace as we approach the Holidays during this difficult time.
“Now may the God of hope fill you with all joy and peace in believing, that you may abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit. “Romans 15:13
